Our potatoes (Terra Rosa, All Blue, and Kennebec) have been out for a week and a half now to develop their eyes so it was time to split them up before they go in the ground once they heal for a few days. 

This All Blue was particularly bright and joined by a leftover we found at the back of the pantry a few weeks ago.
